Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a product marketing leader to define and execute launches for consumer financial products. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Fraud and CRM to craft compelling narratives and go-to-market plans that drive adoption and member growth.

You will experiment with messaging and positioning, leverage AI tools in your workflow, and help build the product marketing function from the ground up, including cross-team collaboration across Rocket companies

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in product marketing for consumer financial products.
• Experience taking launches from positioning to measurable results.
• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or mortgage; able to write clearly and build trust.
• Curious, experimental mindset, tests messages and positioning.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Self-starter who can build a function from the ground up.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Fraud and Marketing.
• Bonus: NYC area candidate who can come to office 1-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product from early stages to shape offerings and prioritization.
• Lead launch planning and execution to drive adoption.
• Craft compelling narratives and marketing content from insights and competitive context.
• Collaborate with CRM to map launches to lifecycle programs.
• Work with Rocket Loans and Rocket Mortgage to align experiences.
• Define success for each launch using adoption, deposits, AUM, and retention.
