Job summary

Lendable is seeking a Senior Product Manager for CRM & Growth to own the products and systems that shape how customers hear from us across their lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation.

This role blends product and technical depth, focusing on engagement, deliverability, testing, and end-to-end measurement. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk and Compliance to ship effective, compliant features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with substantial experience in CRM, lifecycle, messaging or growth for a consumer product at meaningful scale.
• Strong fundamentals in product management: led a product or channel from problem definition through launch and iteration, owning both product and technical delivery.
• Excellent prioritisation with a defensible method to rank opportunities by impact, effort and risk, and ability to explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Track record of owning measurable outcomes in engagement, retention or revenue, not just shipping features.
• Strong SQL and analytics skills, with experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and measuring impact rigorously.
• Enough technical depth to work credibly with engineers on messaging infrastructure, deliverability and platform integrations, and clear communication across technical and commercial teams.]

Responsibilities

• Owning the roadmap and outcomes for CRM and lifecycle product: onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
• Prioritising a pipeline of opportunities across CRM, growth, deliverability and platform work, weighing impact, effort and risk.
• Taking products from problem definition through to launch and iteration, owning product and technical decisions with Engineering.
• Defining metrics and ensuring end-to-end measurability from data flows to dashboards for the business.
• Running an experimentation programme with clear hypotheses, A/B tests, and data-driven impact evaluation.
• Treating email deliverability and messaging reliability as product concerns, working with Engineering on infrastructure and integrations.
• Shaping requirements with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Risk and Compliance to meet standards of a regulated lender.
• Maintaining a high bar for content clarity, testing, and post-launch checks.
