Job summary

Brex is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Legal team in New York City. You’ll help build and scale Brex’s bill pay and payments products, advising on money transmission, compliance, and regulatory strategy from ideation to launch.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and partnerships to craft customer-facing terms, disclosures, and licensing requirements while navigating a fast-paced fintech environment. Hybrid work model in NYC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working experience in a combination of law firms and fintech companies, ideally advising on money transmission, payments, and money movement matters for regulated financial products
