Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded legal partner to engineering, design, and product teams building bill pay and payments features.
• Provide pragmatic advice on money transmission requirements and regulatory best practices for existing and new products.
• Advise on regulatory implications of product architecture, payment flows, fund movement, and feature design.
