Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded legal partner to engineering, design, and product teams for bill pay and payments features.
• Provide pragmatic guidance on money transmission requirements and regulatory best practices.
• Advise on regulatory implications of product architecture, payment flows, and feature design.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, marketing, partnerships, bank and network teams to solve problems.
• Track state and federal money transmission laws and relevant international regulations.
• Advise on product marketing collateral, customer communications, and disclosures.
• Draft, update, and maintain customer agreements and disclosures for money movement.
