Job summary

Lead Bank is seeking an Associate Program Manager to oversee oversight and deliver an outstanding client experience for fintech BaaS and Payments partners. You will report to a Senior Program Manager and act as a liaison between internal or external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the partner lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include managing onboarding, tracking milestones, facilitating meetings, capturing minutes, and producing regular status updates

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of project or program management experience.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with program/project management tools like Asana, GSuites, Confluence or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and process implementation skills.
• Ability to plan, set priorities, organize, and coordinate work with others.
• Be action-oriented with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Be client obsessed and deliver high customer service to team members and candidates.
• Adaptable to change.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of relationships with fintech strategic partnerships, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Serve as primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate partnership meetings, take notes, track deliverables and actions.
• Track onboarding and program activities, manage open requests and scheduling.
• Assist partners with training and troubleshoot workspace tools and processes.
• Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting.
