Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding, portfolio management, relationship building, and coordinating internal reviews to drive growth for both the bank and its fintech clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a segment of the bank’s BaaS client portfolio.
Onboard new BaaS relationships including documentation and due diligence memos.
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals for feature requests and limits.
Foster client relationships and act as primary communications contact.
Identify growth opportunities within existing portfolios and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Support ad-hoc projects to improve BaaS delivery and quality.
