Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high-visibility planning programs across engineering, product, and analytics. You will align cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and drive change initiatives as the company scales its customer and merchant products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing programs, processes, and change in tech environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic, with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Eng, Design, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-visibility transformation and operational programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on strategy, priorities, and decisions.
• Implement lean processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to track portfolio performance against OKRs.
