Job summary

Lithic is seeking a Business Operations Associate for the Program Management line in New York, NY. You’ll own day-to-day PM operations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and help scale sponsor bank partnerships and card programs.

This role emphasizes building processes, reporting, and tooling, working closely with leaders to drive measurable outcomes across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, fintech or business operations.
• Generalist comfortable owning ambiguous cross-functional work without a playbook.
• Experience building processes from scratch with stakeholder partnership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build metrics and reporting from scratch.
• Experience running cross-functional projects involving internal teams and external parties.
• Payments or fintech operations background is a plus, not required.
• Interest in utilizing AI automation tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own how PM operates day to day: processes, tooling and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Risk, Compliance, Bank Operations, Legal, Sales and Product to results.
• Assist in building and launching new PM initiatives from concept to completion.
• Build the reporting PM needs and doesn’t currently have.
• Document ad hoc processes into repeatable workflows, identify automatable parts.
• Be the go-to PM operator for other teams.
