Qualifications

• 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience, including vendor risk management.
• Strong understanding of BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, and sanctions in fintech relationships.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the Bank’s BSA Program for Fintechs.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure fintechs meet contractual obligations.
• Perform due diligence on potential fintechs prior to onboarding.
• Educate fintechs on AML/CFT requirements and enforce compliance.
• Build relationships with Compliance and Fintech Solutions teams.
