Job summary

First Internet Bank is seeking a Partnership Manager to drive value for fintech customers and oversee up to ten partner accounts. You will guide adoption, influence engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mutual value across our fintech ecosystem.

You’ll lead enablement strategies, build strong executive-level relationships, and identify opportunities for additional products and services while ensuring regulatory alignment and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Three years of relationship management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with contract negotiations preferred.
• Experience using data and analytics in decision making and presenting to external parties.
• Strong ability to craft and present materials to stakeholders and tell a story.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 fintech partner accounts and act as their primary point of contact.
• Own the enablement strategy for each fintech partner.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Work with Marketing to curate case studies, testimonials and VOC materials.
• Build advisory relationships and drive value realization and growth for partners.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and assess opportunities for new products.
