Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in risk management, compliance, audits, or fintech partnerships.
• Experience with Banking as a Service (BaaS) platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial due diligence and ongoing reviews of fintech partnerships and programs.
• Coordinate action items identified through onboarding, due diligence, reviews, audits, and examinations.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify gaps, clarify expectations, and translate feedback into actionable steps.
• Prioritize items based on risk, urgency, and regulatory impact, and track progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of action items, ownership, and timelines.
• Drive completion of actions across internal teams and fintech partners.
• Compile information to reflect how products, partnerships, programs and controls interact.
• Support risk memos and governance materials with thorough documentation.
