Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, program management, project management, banking operations, fintech partnerships, BaaS, treasury services, deposit operations, or related banking function.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and coordinating multi-department initiatives.
• Experience in community banking, fintech partnerships, third-party relationship management, or financial technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fintech partners, coordinate calls, route questions, document decisions, and follow up to resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day partner administration with logs, tracking, and status updates to leadership and partner contacts.
• Support onboarding of new fintech partners and products, ensuring smooth, well-documented implementation.
• Develop launch checklists, implementation plans, meeting agendas, action logs, and post-launch follow-up items across stakeholders.
