Finix Payments is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own post-close partner relationships, onboard new partners, and drive SAO generation. You will manage day-to-day partner operations, track referrals, and ensure data accuracy across systems while collaborating with Sales on progress through the pipeline.

The role emphasizes organized relationship management, proactive health monitoring, and scalable enablement across multiple partners in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner management, customer success, or related relation-management role at a high-growth SaaS or payments company.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of relationships and driving pipeline or revenue.
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with CRM hygiene and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-close partner relationship as primary contact for signed partners.
• Drive SAO generation by qualifying and routing merchant leads into Finix's sales pipeline.
• Onboard and enable new partners with training and resources to reach first opportunity quickly.
• Manage day-to-day partner operations, referrals tracking, and partner data accuracy.
• Monitor partner health and performance; create plans to re-engage at-risk partners.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure follow-up on partner-sourced leads.
• Provide ongoing enablement, marketing collateral, co-selling support, and product process answers.
• Track and report SAO volume, pipeline contribution, and revenue by partner.
• Build repeatable onboarding and enablement processes as the program scales.
