Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder marketing programs and client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for merchant and co-brand clients, building trusted relationships.
• Transition opportunities into well-managed engagements with clear scope and timelines.
• Present marketing plans, results, and optimization opportunities to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges to drive outcomes.
• Own development and execution of marketing projects across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to deliver client commitments.
