Job summary

Finom, a European fintech company, is seeking a Sales Executive for its expanding inbound sales team. You will qualify inbound leads, turn them into customers, and engage users to start using the product.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless sales experience and regularly track performance against targets. The role requires 1–3 years in high-volume inbound sales, strong communication, organization, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales with a focus on high-volume inbound sales.
• Strong communication and people skills to build rapport and close deals.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple customers at different stages.
• Results-driven mindset with goals and continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fintech; experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B banking startups is beneficial.
• Must-have: fluent English and native French.
• Independent worker who thrives in a team.
• Ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented.
