Job summary

IPC Systems, a global fintech company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead customer implementation projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage plans, resources, and stakeholder communications while guiding change requests and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include kick-offs, progress tracking, and closeouts, with emphasis on delivering measurable customer satisfaction in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of technical project management experience in fintech, banking communications, or capital markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer and internal project SPOC throughout implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project logistics with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Establish project roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Manage the change request process and track project impacts.
• Conduct project kick-off, status, and closure meetings.
• Monitor progress, risks, and milestones with regular stakeholder updates.
• Schedule and coordinate required internal resources.
• Facilitate project closeout and transition to Product Support.
