Job summary

InComm Payments in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an Implementation Manager I to own end-to-end international implementations. You will coordinate partner and retailer integrations, manage milestones, and maintain project artifacts across global teams.

The role requires strong PM skills, the ability to communicate between sales and IT, and hands-on experience with fintech/payments projects. You will build dashboards using MS Office tools and support leadership in forecasting pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years in account management, project management or product implementations.
• 1+ years in software or technical IT environments.
• Experience delivering communications and reports to cross-functional management teams.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience liaising between external customers and internal teams in fintech/payments.
• Knowledge of MS Flow, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and CoPilot would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for international implementations.
• Coordinate/assist with partner and retailer integrations.
• Pre-planning, milestone tracking, execution, and wrap-up activities.
• Manage 3rd party processor and retailer relationships as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Build and maintain dashboards or automated processes using MS Office tools.
• Distribute communications to all project stakeholders.
• Support internal teams as SME for resolution of issues.
