Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience
• Experience in Financial Services/Fintech or Payments is preferred
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, statutory reporting, and control frameworks
• Proven experience in financial reporting, financial controls or audit
• High technical proficiency across Excel, Google Sheets, Process Automation and ERP systems
• Experience in high growth international environments, fintech or financial services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate statutory audits across multiple entities
• Design and implement robust controls
• Manage Financial Reporting and Month-End Close
• Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with statutory financial statements under UK GAAP and US GAAP where applicable
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure via automation
• Contribute to regulatory capital reporting and related regulatory returns
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting with historical data and model-building
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and operations to ensure accurate reporting
