4soft is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our client’s Innovation team in the financial services domain. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and IT, translating needs into clear requirements and structured documentation.
You’ll help refine PBIs, drive backlog health, and support PoC/PoV activities in a distributed ledger technology environment. You should bring strong experience in Agile Scrum, regulatory and risk-aware analysis, and excellent
Competenze
- Proven experience in business analysis in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
- Experience with Agile Scrum, backlog refinement, and PBIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in creating and reviewing detailed business requirements and test cases.
Mansioni
- Act as the interface between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and IT.
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and documentation.
- Lead analysis of functional/non-functional requirements and refine PBIs.
