CI&T is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive business success in a distributed environment, focusing on Financial Services. You will gather and document requirements, apply Agile practices, and leverage industry knowledge to ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong data mapping/flow, system integration experience, and excellent English communication. Nice to have mortgage industry knowledge in the US. Remote collaboration is common in our global team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis.
• Proficient in data mapping and data flow analysis.
• Experience with integration between different systems.
• Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
• Nice to have: Mortgage industry experience (US).
