Job summary
A high-growth FinTech company based in New York is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead its revenue organization. Qualifications
Proven track record as CRO, SVP/VP of Sales, or senior commercial leader in FinTech, SaaS, or financial services technology.
Demonstrated success scaling revenue from early/scale‑up stages to significant annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Strong understanding of financial services markets, enterprise sales cycles, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
Own the full revenue strategy across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
Define, forecast, and optimize the revenue model to support rapid scale.
