Addition Wealth is hiring a Client Success Manager to grow our benefits business by managing key client relationships and streamlining operations. You will work with employer partners and end users to understand needs and drive measurable results.

You are customer-focused, data-driven, and highly organized, capable of handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. 30% travel and EST/CST hours are preferred, with growth opportunities as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing roles with data-driven results.
• 2+ years in fintech/financial services/tech/benefits/HR tech.
• Generalist who is smart, flexible, and fast learner.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and structured thinker with strong communication.
• Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills; travel up to 30%.
• Ideally based in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
• Experience at an early-stage startup is a plus.
• Customer Success & onboarding: main contact for employer partners and users.
• Customer Support: interact with end users and collect feedback.
• Build operational tests and processes; iterate and build new ones.
• Opportunity to partner with Founding Team.
• High impact with ownership; fully remote.
• EST or CST hours preferred.
• Growth-minded and mission-driven: improving financial health for US users.

Responsibilities
