Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee the delivery of our workplace financial wellness program for a portfolio of plan sponsor clients. You will lead onboarding, engagement, and reporting, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

This role requires 3-5 years in client success or related fields, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM/reporting tools. The position offers hybrid work and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily onboarding and operational implementation of the financial wellness program for assigned clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including kickoff calls, platform setup, and launch readiness.
• Ensure onboarding is delivered consistently and within established timelines.
• Function as the key contact for plan sponsor clients, handling regular communication and support.
