Robinhood is seeking an Associate Product Manager in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY to help bring groundbreaking fintech products to life. You will work with engineering, design, research, and more to simplify complex financial processes and craft seamless customer experiences.

This role offers direct mentorship from accomplished product leaders in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
• 0–1 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles; internship or co-op experience in fintech or tech is a plus.
• Sharp analytical and technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities, with experience thriving in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• An entrepreneurial spirit — takes ownership of projects, turns ideas into action, and drives innovation.
• A passion for fintech and a desire to learn more about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing teams to deeply understand our customers and their most pressing needs.
• Define and execute product strategies that align with business goals and user expectations.
• Be the voice of the product, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams.
• Lead product launches, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet a high standard of quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure success and track product engagement and adoption.
