Robinhood is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our fintech innovation team. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and marketing to translate customer needs into breakthrough financial products and seamless experiences.

Based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance at least three days a week, you will own parts of product strategy, help launch initiatives on time, and learn from industry leaders in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
• 0–1 year of experience in product management, product development, or related roles; fintech/tech internship or co-op is a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities in cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership and drive for innovation.
• Passion for fintech and learning about financial products, markets, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing to understand customer needs.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and user expectations.
• Be the voice of the product and facilitate cross-team communication.
• Lead product launches, delivering on time and to a high quality standard.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure product engagement and adoption.
