Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive high-quality visual craft across core products. You will rapidly generate and test a broad range of experiences on highly visible surfaces and present decisions to executives.

Close collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential to navigate ambiguous requirements. You will shape home surfaces, watch lists, and other key experiences, with in-person work expected at least 3 days per week in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer mobile apps on high-visibility surfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and execution.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies such as A/B testing.
• Ability to defend design decisions under business constraints.
• Collaborative across product teams with interest in AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-craft visual updates and refresh Robinhood products.
• Generate and test a broad range of incremental changes across the app using A/B testing.
• Design for home tab and watch lists across multiple domains.
• Present concepts to executive leadership and articulate trade-offs.
• Partner with Product Managers and engineering to deliver experiences with minimal written requirements.
