Robinhood is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape fintech products from day one. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, research, and data science teams to simplify complex financial processes and craft seamless customer experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with direct mentorship from accomplished product leaders, gaining hands-on experience across product discovery, development, and launches.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree-seeking program in Engineering, CS, Business, Economics, or related field, graduating Winter 2026–Summer 2027
• 0–1 years of experience in product management or related roles; fintech/tech internship is a plus
• Sharp analytical and technical skills with data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities in cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive for innovation
• Passion for fintech and learning about financial products, markets, and emerging tech

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing to understand customer needs
• Define and execute product strategies aligned with goals and user expectations
• Be the voice of the product and enable cross-team collaboration
• Lead product launches, delivering on time with high quality
