Job summary

Robinhood in New York, NY or Menlo Park, CA seeks an Associate Product Manager to drive fintech product innovation. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and data science to turn bold ideas into customer-ready features.

From day one you will work on end-to-end product development with mentorship from top leaders, shaping the future of finance. In-person attendance is required at least 3 days per week, and you must be enrolled in a degree program with 0–1 year PM experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, graduating between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
• 0–1 years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles; fintech or tech internship or co-op is a plus.
• Sharp analytical and technical skills, data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities in cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for fintech and learning about financial products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, and marketing to understand customer needs.
• Define and execute product strategies aligning with business goals and user expectations.
• Be the voice of the product, facilitating communication across teams.
• Lead product launches, delivering on time with high quality.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure engagement and adoption.
