Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Designer to deliver high-fidelity visuals for our consumer mobile experiences, including the home tab and watch lists. You will craft, test, and defend design decisions that balance user needs with business goals.

You’ll present concepts to executives, collaborate with Product Managers and engineers, and thrive in an ambiguity-rich environment while supporting a fast-growing fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing for consumer mobile apps on high-visibility surfaces.
• Strong portfolio showing exceptional visual craft from in-house or agency work.
• Experience with experimentation methodologies including broad A/B testing and rapid concept generation.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-craft visual updates across Robinhood products.
• Rapidly generate and test a broad range of incremental changes across the mobile app using an experimentation-first approach (A/B testing).
• Design for highly visible surfaces, including the home tab and watch lists, across multiple business domains.
• Present design concepts to executive leadership and articulate the rationale behind trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering to deliver user experiences in ambiguous environments.
