• Experience shipping production tooling or integrations

Responsibilities

• Build and launch AI agents for each client.
• Configure prompts, call flows, guardrails, and SMS fallback.
• Review logs, diagnose failures with SQL queries.
• Own outcomes post-launch and optimize against targets.
• Manage weekly client relationship at operations level.
• Create templates and docs to speed deployments.
• Provide product feedback to influence roadmap
