Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises portfolio. You will lead a net-new FinOps function and partner with engineering, finance, and procurement to drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.

You will personally operate cost tooling (Vantage, Zylo), develop dashboards and executive reporting, and shape the FinOps operating model and long-term technology cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering, or related disciplines or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technology, finance, cloud cost management, infrastructure, or FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management platforms across at least two major public clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback models in an enterprise.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms or software license optimization preferred.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; additional FinOps certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own cost visibility, allocation, and reporting across multi-cloud and SaaS portfolios.
• Operate cost management tooling and develop executive reporting.
• Drive cost optimization and commitment strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain cost forecasts and partner with Finance on budgets and variance analysis.
• Establish FinOps governance and maturity initiatives.
