Job summary

Navina, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company, seeks a hands-on FinOps Lead to own the techno-financial operations for cloud, infrastructure, AI, and data services. You will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Finance to make spend transparent, predictable, and aligned with business value.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FinOps and 3+ years in backend/data development, with strong experience in cloud billing and cost governance.

Qualifications

4+ years in FinOps, Cloud Cost Mgmt or similar.
3+ years software development (backend/data).
Hands-on cloud spend optimization in AWS or major providers.
Translate cost insights into engineering solutions.
Understand cloud billing, tagging, budgets, alerts, savings plans.
Assess cost-optimization impact on performance and reliability.
Build dashboards, COGS forecasts, cost reviews.
Analyze large data sets to identify cost drivers.
Collaborate with Eng, Finance, Product, leadership.
Drive cost-optimization from discovery to execution.
Ownership, independence, attention to detail.
Communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Responsibilities

Build and own the techno-financial operations for Navina's cloud, infra, AI, data, and third-party services.
Work with Engineering, DevOps, AI Infra, Product, and Finance to align spend with business value.
Create visibility into cloud costs and drive optimization, forecasting accuracy, and cost governance.
