The Advance Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing team in Waterville, OH, inviting candidates with manufacturing experience and strong attendance to apply for the General Labor – Finishing & Grinding role on 1st shift. This position emphasizes deburr, finish, and grind tasks, with a focus on quality and safety in an industrial setting.

Move across production and finishing areas as needed, maintain organized workspaces, and contribute to meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, grinding, deburring, finishing or general labor.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, finish, and grind metal parts in a manufacturing environment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects.
• Perform offhand grinding and inspection using visual inspection and feel.
• Follow production and quality standards to minimize scrap and maintain efficiency.
• Work in various production and finishing areas and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Support production goals with timely, quality work.
