The position requires prior manufacturing or CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Shift is 1st (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) with potential bonuses based on scrap rate and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical CNC mills and lathes in a production machine shop environment.
• Load and unload parts into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operation and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Run 1-2 CNC machines at a time while maintaining production standards.
• Perform basic measurements and inspections using measuring tools as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow production instructions and quality standards carefully.
• Support production goals by producing quality parts in a timely manner.
