Starting pay is $20+ per hour with a $2 shift differential and a competitive benefits package. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in manufacturing, and strong math and mechanical skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manual grinding machines to grind tooling components to exact specifications.
• Inspect parts using optical comparators and similar tools to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain high standards for safety, precision, and performance within a quality-driven team.
