Roles include 1st shift hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with occasional overtime. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on position and experience, with a potential scrap bonus and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with melting and casting metal to produce finished parts.
• Load and unload materials from ovens and equipment.
• Operate grinding wheels for rough grinding and finish metal parts.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns.
• Follow production and quality standards to minimize scrap.
• Work with industrial equipment and manufacturing tools.
