Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, while leveraging clienteling tools and loyalty programs to build lasting relationships.

You will promote warranties, assist with inventory and events, and ensure secure, accurate, and attractive presentation of merchandise. Full-time schedules include 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular attendance.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools, creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, fulfillment, and events.
• Work with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence in Fine Jewelry.
• Review sales goals and stay updated on arrivals, trends, and promotions.
• Greet customers on the floor; build customer relationships and provide personalized service.
