Macy's in Chicago is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, leveraging product knowledge to educate customers and help them find the perfect piece.

You will build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, promote loyalty programs, support inventory and events, and ensure impeccable presentation and security of merchandise while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules in English
