Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to each interaction, helping customers find pieces for life’s moments.

You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, build lasting client relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support inventory and special events while maintaining an impeccable presentation.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools.
• Drive sales and operational excellence using product knowledge and POS tools.
• Maintain an organized, shoppable space and leverage clienteling tools.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals and participate in loyalty programs.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Educate customers on merchandise, craftsmanship, and luxury brands.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support events.
• Assist with inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising presentation.
• Maintain security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise.
• Use POS and digital tools to process transactions efficiently.
