Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, while building lasting relationships through consultative selling and clienteling.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs and supporting inventory, events, and store presentation with a focus on accuracy and security. Prior retail experience and strong product knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to use POS and digital shopping tools.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and assist with events.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and fulfillment activities.
• Uphold security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise.
