Macy's Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate clients on precious metals and luxury brands, promote our loyalty programs, and help ensure an inviting, knowledgeable shopping experience.

You’ll build lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service and by leveraging clienteling tools. You will support inventory, merchandising, and events while maintaining security and presentation standards

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and assist with events.
• Maintain secure, accurate, and well-presented merchandise and inventory.
