Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Sous Chef in Ventura, CA to prepare the planned menu in the Executive Chef's absence and assist in supervising kitchen staff. A positive, courteous work environment for staff and residents is emphasized.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, English instruction, and some supervisory experience in a hotel/restaurant setting. Health/safety standards and nutrition knowledge are beneficial.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand instructions in English and perform arithmetic.
• Two to three years’ experience in hotel/restaurant with fine dining preferred.
• Culinary education and supervisory background desirable.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and nutrition is helpful.

Responsabilidades
