Truluck's Houston is seeking a Professional Fine Dining Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Successful candidates will have minimum five years of culinary experience, experience in preparing culinary products, coaching staff, and cooking in high-volume environments.

The Sous Chef assists the Chef in leading culinary operations and following recipes and systems. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a passion for quality seafood and steak in a fine dining

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years previous culinary experience.
• Experience in preparing culinary products and coaching staff.
• Experience cooking in high-volume environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef in overall leadership of culinary functions.
• Follow all recipes and systems accurately.
• Coach and develop culinary staff to maintain quality and consistency.
