Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits/licenses (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages, and service protocols.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens.
• Offer wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairings.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Execute tableside service, coursed meals, and wine service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately with timing and coursing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance and crumb service.
