Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain state alcohol service permits/certifications (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge including ingredients and allergens.
• Suggest wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Perform tableside service, coursing, and wine service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset as needed.
• Address guest concerns with discretion and urgency.
