Coury Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Server for an elevated dining experience. This seasonal, non-exempt role requires professionalism, refined service, and deep knowledge of fine cuisine and wine to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.

The server will greet guests, present and pour wine, collaborate with kitchen and bar, and maintain impeccable table upkeep while delivering attentive service throughout each course.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain state/local alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain state/local food service certifications (Food Handlers Card, ServSafe).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Make wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage pairings recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside, coursed meals, wine service).
• Take and deliver orders accurately within timing and courses.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless flow.
• Maintain table maintenance, clearing, resetting, crumb service.
• Anticipate guest needs with unobtrusive service.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and urgency.
