You will guide guests from arrival to departure, demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonality, and excel in wine and beverage pairings.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain alcohol service permits or certifications (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain state/local food service certifications (e.g., Food Handlers Card, ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Offer wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairings recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
• Execute fine dining service techniques (tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, plate presentation).
• Accurately take and deliver orders following timing and coursing standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, including clearing and resetting.
• Anticipate guest needs with unobtrusive, attentive service.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and urgency.
• Follow restaurant policies and safety regulations.
• Support team and uphold culture of excellence and hospitality.
