Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, recommending pairings, and maintaining impeccable table service and cleanliness throughout the meal in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Must have alcohol service permits or certification (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through a refined dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and seasonal changes.
• Make food and beverage recommendations, including wine pairings.
• Open, present, and pour wine to fine-dining standards; follow alcohol-service guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service flow and timing.
