Job summary

Pinnacle Living is seeking a part-time dining room server at Cedarfield to provide fine dining service to residents. The 4pm–9pm shift covers 20 hours per week with some weekends and holidays required.

You will assist in dining room setup, service, and proper plate presentation to ensure resident satisfaction. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of upscale dining experience; strong English and basic math skills, plus comfort with computers, are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least on year of experience serving tables in an upscale dining venue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident dining satisfaction from seating to departure.
• Take food orders and deliver food and drink to residents in proper “fine dining” fashion.
• Clear courses and perform cleaning of assigned dining areas.
• Participate in set-up and breakdown of special function events.
• Attend all mandatory in-service training sessions.
• Assist with the training and development of other servers as requested by management.
• Assist in restocking and sanitation of wait stations and service areas used during service.
• Servers maintain the highest level of productivity and professionalism.
• Enter food and beverage orders into the system used to communicate with the kitchen.
• All other duties as assigned.
